Today was a fantastic day! I woke up and did half my work out for the day about an hour. I stayed on track with eating right, and tracking! I did sneak a few snacks in before dinner, which was very bad of me, but I was soooo hungry and no one was home yet. I did track them though. After Dinner I worked out for an other hour! I feel so great about working out, my body is kinda sore but not too bad.
My only thing that is kinda getting me is being hungry, I get hungry a lot and I just wanna snack... But I try not to.
Tomorrow is going to be a great day as well!

Sunday January 3rd 2010
Today was my second day and it was a struggle. I tracked every point I ate but I knew I ate things that I should not have. I worked out for over two hours, and that felt fantastic! I am going to wake up early tomorrow and work out as well!
I cooked a lot today for the upcoming week. This will help when I am on the run and need to grab a bite to eat.
I am looking forward to this week, I have a lot planned since this is my last week being at home before I go back to school.

Saturday January 2nd, 2010
Today was the first day of my 2010 Making Goal. I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I splurged at dinner because I went out for mexican. I used flex points in that regards. Tonight I am going to the movies but will take a bag of 100 calorie popcorn and water. I also worked out with Jillian Michaels today... and the wii. :)
I really feel good about starting over. I know that it is going to take a lot but it is worth it! Working out and eating right, but also a good positive attitude.
