My Journey

I was always the heavy girl growing up, in 2007 I decided to do something about it so I joined weight watchers. I have lost a total of 50 pounds to this day. I have 20 more to go before I am at my goal weight. This year is 2010 and I am going to make goal this year!

January 4th, 2010!

Today was a fantastic day! I woke up and did half my work out for the day about an hour. I stayed on track with eating right, and tracking! I did sneak a few snacks in before dinner, which was very bad of me, but I was soooo hungry and no one was home yet. I did track them though. After Dinner I worked out for an other hour! I feel so great about working out, my body is kinda sore but not too bad.

My only thing that is kinda getting me is being hungry, I get hungry a lot and I just wanna snack... But I try not to.

Tomorrow is going to be a great day as well!
