Today was my second day and it was a struggle. I tracked every point I ate but I knew I ate things that I should not have. I worked out for over two hours, and that felt fantastic! I am going to wake up early tomorrow and work out as well!
I cooked a lot today for the upcoming week. This will help when I am on the run and need to grab a bite to eat.
I am looking forward to this week, I have a lot planned since this is my last week being at home before I go back to school.

Amy...we are in this together..I am proud of you for going on a cooking spree though :) That shall be me later on today. Good job for working out for 2 hours..much better than me. And the book is definetly motivating!
